Call for Papers 2026

Are you interested in giving a presentation at the scientific congress of GeoTHERM 2026?

Then register now via the GeoTHERM Journal page and submit your paper online.

Your submission must include the following points:

• Extended abstract not exceeding 3 A4 pages
• Title
• Name of the speaker
• Language of presentation (German or English)
• Classification in the field of deep or near-surface geothermal energy 
• Preference for presentation or scientific poster

Submissions for the GeoTHERM 2026 congress are only possible via the open journal platform until 31 August 2025.

Submissions to the Call for Papers will be selected by the GeoTHERM expo & congress Scientific Advisory Board, which will inform the authors of the outcome of the review in a double blind process. Once the paper has been accepted and presented during GeoTHERM 2026 (26 + 27 February 2026 in Offenburg), a detailed article can be published in the GeoTHERM Journal.
