GeoTHERM 2025: Exhibition area fully booked before the end of the early bird registration deadline

Start-Up Area and submissions for the congress in focus

Offenburg. GeoTHERM 2025, Europe's leading trade fair for geothermal energy, has been a great success. The entire exhibition space of around 15,000 square metres is fully booked Even before the early bird booking deadline. This unprecedented demand underlines the growing interest and relevance of the event, which will take place on 20 and 21 February 2025 at the exhibition center in Offenburg.

„The rapid sell-out of the exhibition area demonstrates the immense interest and confidence of the industry in GeoTHERM as a central platform for exchange and innovation in the field of geothermal energy“, emphasizes project manager Gabriele Weislogel.

A special highlight of this year's event is the newly created Start-Up Area, which offers young, innovative companies a stage. Here, promising start-ups can present their products and services and make valuable contacts with industry experts. The Start-Up Area not only offers a platform for presenting new ideas, but also numerous opportunities for networking and investment. In close proximity to established industry leaders, young companies can make valuable contacts with potential investors, business partners and mentors. This opportunity is invaluable, especially for start-ups, which often develop highly specialised and innovative solutions in the geothermal energy sector. Co-operations are formed here that pave the way for new business models and technological breakthroughs.

„With the Start-Up Area, we want to specifically promote young companies that are helping to create the future of geothermal energy with fresh approaches and a pioneering spirit. GeoTHERM offers the perfect platform for this, both to attract attention and to form valuable partnerships,” explains Gabriele Weislogel.

At the same time, the organisation of the GeoTHERM congress is progressing. The submissions for the congress on near-surface and deep geothermal energy are now available and are currently being reviewed by a panel of experts. The selected presentations will offer congress visitors in-depth insights into the latest research findings and practical developments. As every year, the congress, which takes place parallel to the exhibition, attracts international experts and offers simultaneous translation into German and English.
